A special bonus is our spacious terrace, which is fenced off from the noisy street, neighbors' ears and gives us the opportunity to control the flow of people. Due to the fence and the surrounding buildings, it is often much warmer on our terrace than behind the fence, and a large part of the terrace is protected from precipitation.
The total area of usable premises is 305 m2, which is divided into several rooms.
